Diagnostics & Repair Authorization

By leaving your device with us at our Wadsworth Ave Philadelphia location or submitting a repair request online, you authorize PhoneFix Philly to perform diagnostics and agreed-upon repairs.

Diagnostic fees may apply even if you decide not to proceed with the repair. Repair time estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Customer Data & Backup Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data before submitting any device for repair.

PhoneFix Philly is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or breaches that may occur due to:

• Repairs or diagnostics
• Pre-existing device issues
• Manufacturer defects or software failures

We strongly recommend backing up your device prior to service.

Unclaimed Devices

Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair completion may be considered abandoned under Pennsylvania law.

PhoneFix Philly reserves the right to recycle, resell, or dispose of unclaimed devices to recover repair or storage costs.
